In tune issue

OK, i am new to this but i purchased an Intune tuner a few days ago, i have a 2010 Camaro SS and put the 91 octane tune on my car. I found a website that offers custom tunes because i wanted more(what guy doesnt?). Well he sent me new ECM and TCM files and i am not sure how to get them on the tuner? I tried saving them to my desktop and them dropping them into the tuner Tunes folder but the tuner tells me the file exists already and it doesnt show as being downloaded. When i hook the tuner up to my car, when i get to the write tune, when it tries to determine the vehicle info it freezes up. What the heck am i doing wrong? This is frustrating that i cant put a custom tune on my car or restore my car to its original state if i wanted to because the tuner keeps freezing. HELP!!

once you put it on the drive, and it imports it, its in the tool, go to the car and click tune vehicle./write vehicle and you should see a customtune option in the list of tunes.
