Does autoupdate erase stock and current tune?

2011 Wrangler JKU

First very happy with product. Have has if a few months. Last nght I decided to plug it into laptop. Wasn't sure if there was auto updates.

I did not back up. Just did the auto update. Did this erase my stock tune and modified 91'tune that I was running?

On a side note, reloaded a 91 tune after the update with some more mods and I think the tune took better to the jeep. May be placebo but I noticed more of a diff than before the update.
