Stock tune with mods

Is the stock tune with mods designed to run on 87 octane gas?

And is the mileage tune designed to work with 87 octane also?

2005 Chrysler 300c 5.7

The 5.7 in our cars require 89 octane on the stock tune.. hope that helps
