After reaching 99% of calibration, it asks me to cycle the key off, key on, then I get
an error msg that an error occured during calibration and it wants to know if I want
to enter recovery mode and continue yes or no. Continuing just recycles back through
to the error again, when pushing no, the unit just shuts down....

This is for a custom tune from Ripp Superchargers I am trying to load....

I wait hours and hours on the help line, what good is it to call?
I'm in the exact same with my RIPP install in my JK. Frustrating after trying to go through all the process. Missed a important gathering and ride just because of a bad tuner. Please get back to us with a solution. If Diablo can't answer the phone, could they just post the tune on here so we can try to retrieve it some how??? I think they should pre tune the programmer before they send it. and double check that it works first!

leave the key in the run position and click the check marks at the end as if you cycled it.

Same crap happening to me this wekend. Ripp supercharger, headers, diablo updated. Will not allow a stock save or a tune. In recovery mode error. Fan runs after fail. It took only 2 hours to install the supercharger and headers, and its taking a hour so far to wasted on the tune setup??????????

I will say that when I did get ahold of the tech at Diablo, they "reset" my inTune using some majic code that I had to enter, then honestly, all worked well. It is somewhat unfortunate that they have to keep the reset procedure a secret, but I guess it has a purpose somewhere...

What do you mean by run position? do you refer to "ON" position!
