2009 challenger cannot start

I have had the intune for ruffly 3 MONTHS I have had this issue once before and had to call and sitbonhold for an hour an a half .... I went to install cai tune this afternoon and guess what happens . I get stuck at a gss station and have to call a tow truck I am not happy right now I have tried calling emailing and have yet to receive any response my car will not start yalls tech support is crap I understand yall are that busy but what am I dupposr to do in this scenario I have a job I cant get to now because I have a vehicle that wont run !!! Getting error code saying map -2. So maybe hou will respond now I need this fixed now not tomorrow I bought thid product on good feedback from friends now they are even second guessing do you have these problems with the trinity. Please fix my tuner so I can atleast drive my car

still no reply but tech support is responding to people who post after me im really starting to get a little disappointed with the forum page ....i have even been calling to no avail whats going on

Where did you see anyone from Diablosport post after this was posted?

I was out of town this weekend, have not seen the forum until today.

Please give us a call with the tool powered up in the car asap.
