NOT HAPPY

Post by cam36 »

Just plugged in my DCX to my 2012 jeep wrangler, uploaded my 87 tune. No throttle at all. Try to go back to the factory tune and it keeps failing. Please help!

Try a quick adjust and bring up the throttle in 5% incraments.

Also isn't the 87 tune the gas saver? I would expect no throttle response.

I ran the 91 tune with + 20% throttle and 35.5 tires and it worked well. Keep in mind that's a total of 35% throttle. I averaged 15.5mpg on one tank.

Now I'm running the gas saver or 87 tune. No throttle added. Avg 15.4mpg but I took the top off and still drive 75mph on my 37" open country tires.

I think I'm going back to 91 on next tank.

Mine is a 2011 JKU rubicon wrangler. So not apples to apples but thought my exp may help.

No when I mean no throttle response I mean no throttle what so ever. I eventually flashed it back to stock but the 87 tune isn't a gas saver. It's a performance time designed to work with 87 octane. Ill try again later to upload it and play with the throttle booster
