2012 Jeep GC SRT8-Write Failure

Just updated software to 1r03h update and when attempting to load the 93 tune it fails to write the tune. When it starts the writing of the tune it ask for a key cycle to off, which at the time the key is in on and attempting to push the start button doesnt cycle (no buss at the time), it does this a couple of times and then goes into recovery mode. This has happened 4 times to me today. Any suggestions? This never happened with the last tune and update?

let it reload the tune, and when it asks you to cycle the key, leave the truck in the RUN position and click the check marks as if you cycled the key, and it should finish fine.

Left the truck in RUN and then went through the green checks. Still a write failure, never gets off 0% write. Tried this 4 times. It writes the restored file fine. Why is it prompting the key cycle write before the tune starts to write? When it does this the truck goes to "No Buss" and I am enable to cycle then. I'm clueless now....

if it is asking for key cycles before it even starts writing, we need to reset the tool, please give us a call in the morning with the tool powered up and we'll take care of it.
