hi im new to the site and i will like to know how can i unlock the predator so i can use it whit my charger. it looks that the person that sold it to me got me. and now i cant use it because it was use with another vehicle. please help

fill out the return form on our website and request the unlock service for $129.

i have the original backup in mine from a 05 magnum i sold do i have to do the same?

Yeah. Frankly, its not worth it. Return it were you got it and buy an inTune. Its gonna end up costing about the same by the time its unlocked, and the inTune is leagues ahead of the antiquated Predator..
