2011 gmc Sierra 2500hd 6.0l

Hi there
I've been on hold long distance for 50 mins now I can not return to my stock setting after I restored defaults settings updated the tool then installed it
It is the same problem I had when I first got this tool
It does not recognize my stock tune and will not re write because it is "corrupt"
Can someone please get back to me either via email or phone call
Now at 55 mins on hold my call doesn't seem to important to you
