INTUNE JUST READS VIN DATABASE ERROR

I PUT MY 300C BACK TO STOCK TUNE FOR A SERVICE IN THE MEAN TIME I WENT ONLINE AND UPDATED THE TUNER AND WHEN I WENT TO RETUNE THE CAR IT KEEPS COMING UP WITH VIN DATABASE ERROR. I HAVE TRIED OVER AND OVER AND JUST WONT WORK. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE.

TRIED TO RE UPDATE MAKES NO DIFFERANCE .

please post a copy of the info.xml file from the intune drive.

the tool is missing the VIN database which will be replaced with an update.

when I plug the intune into the computer it doesnt do anything nothing opens there no manual that I can open there is no look for update option.

open the intune drive, is there file called getcdrom.exe?

if so, run it please.
