Problem with new software 9r14

I have recently upgraded my U7137 from 9r12 to 9r14. I have been using the Predator for a long time now since 9r04 and have upgraded many times. Never had problems with upgrades. The tool upgraded was fine, however using the tool to Program my Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 2006 5.7L has many issues with the new software but only after the initial writing of any tune to the PCM & TCM.

Programming a performance tune the first time works great for PCM & TCM with or without modifications. HOWEVER if i go back to change settings in the performance tune once it has written at a later time, the TCM portion is gone even though it was written. I am unable to even get to the TCM portion. If i use the tool to update the PCM to modify setting while the TCM is mising, the PCM tune corrupts as i'm writing to the PCM and makes me restore the factory backup. If i restore the factory, then reprogram fresh, i can modify and change everything before the first writing, however the TCM portion on the first write shows rediculous defaults like above 16,000 rpm settings for most TCM settings. I can still put everything where i need and both TCM & PCM write fine. If i go back into change settings at a later date, once again the TCM settings are gone and it will corrupt if i write the PCM tune. I can duplicate these issues every time. All the other tunes never had these issues. Something isn't correct in the new 9r14 CROM. Unless there were many changes to the 9r12 to 9r14 for the 2006 ram, i might just revert to the older CROM.
