MISSING TUNES???? Help Please

I have the U7151 for my 04 F150 4.6. I don't see the 93 tunes at all. I have made sure everything is up to date and correct. I have the 9r11 rev. Can anyone help with this or are these tunes no longer available?

The 93 performance tune the only one I have are the one that recommends 91 fuel and the 87 octane. there is no option for just the straight 93 tune.

diablo tune, perf tune, it should be the first one in the list.

There is a perf tune at the top of list. but when you select it. it just says to run 91 octane.

it is for a minimum of 91 octane, thats what you are after.
