Removal transmission settings?

I have a 2009 Ram with the 5.7 Hemi and my current programmer is the predator. I am currently unhappy with the transmission on how the shifts are. I was wondering if you would be able to remove all transmission settings from the tune? With the transmission settings removed, would there be any beneficial horsepower gain? I am running the 91 tune on the truck. Would there be a way you could please remove all transmission settings from the 91 diablo tune and send me a copy of that? Thank you.

Does the Diablo Tune need to be written in the truck or does the factory tune need to be in the truck?
