It'll vary as it sees fit based on the engines noise levels throughout the rpm range and constantly sampling. When tuning them you bascially get your tune down with the advance and retard tables being 0'd out so it can't do anyhting and then once satisfied you put them back and turn the learning back on and it'll take care of the rest. It can work against you at times is why you turn it off while on the dyno. That's the way our tunes are implemented.
You make your job sound easy. Wish it was.

Can the Trinity hold more than one custom tune?
Also, once I loaded the newer version of DAtaviewer. Every time I try to open it I get a message stating another instance of Dataviewer is already running and the only way to fix is to go to program manger and stop the process, even though it doesnt show as an open application. Did I need to uninstall the first version, before downloading? Should I uninstall eveything and try re-downloading from the link provided today?

Does it do that everytime? It only does that every once in while for me. Are you disconnecting from the tool before closing it? Try to be sure to do that everytime otherwise it'll hang up the port.

Oh sorry I missed a question. Yes. The trinity can hold up to 5 custom tunes. Go to the advanced tuning tab of dsdownloader and use the send tune button to load them. Same process with the original backup etc...

I tried uninstalling it and re-installing. Same results. Everytime I try to open it, I get a message that another instance of the program is detected. Only fix is stopping the process in program manager.
