Most CAI's require a tune for the car to run properly. If I were you I would go back to the dealer you bought the car from, and have them deal with it. In theory they will not be able to tell that you tried installing the Trinity tune.
You can try being upfront w/ them, explain that you tried modifing the exhaust and wanted to tune the car, but your tuner had a feeling the car was already tuned due to the fact it had a CAI and was running well. Either way GL.

The current Airaid intake would require a tune to run properly. Hence why we think there was a tune in the car already.

Well the cars my DD so I guess I will have to take it to the dealer and have them reflash it hopefully my car will be ok till I can get the time to get down there. Thx for the help anyways guys.
