Need help with r30 download

I installed the r30 download on my predator and it works fine. The problem I am having is that the rkl puff tunes post 28 have an (al) at the end of the tune for the calids. My truck says it has an (AI) calid # so I can not use the custom tunes. Need help as to how I can fix it.

i think that i am having the same problem in the topic before!

The pre 28 version has the right calid#s but they will not work with the r30 update version.
pre 28 tunes calid #s end with the letters AI just like my truck.
the post 28 tunes calid#s end with the letters al and they dont match my trucks calid #s.

Blue I got my custom tune to finally download into the truck. The way my truck accepted mine was I installed the regular diablo extreme tune first, then I wrote over that tune with the rkl puff tune no timming added and it accepted it and worked fine. If I tried to install the rkl puff tune on top of the factory settings it keep saying that my calid #s weren't matching up. Try what I did it may work for u to.

thank you for the info. just got back inside from programmin' the truck and it worked out PERFECT! thank you for the research labor.

I did that as well, it loaded but the truck ran horrible. Idled okay, but when I took off the truck fell on its face and sputtered and acted like it wasn't getting any fuel. I had to just put it back onto Extreme.

Any one have any ideas??

I guess if I ever get time I might try it again, or just go back to the r28 update and then load the RKL. I know that works.
