Hey there,
Got my Trinity and things went fine with update and installed tune.
My battery is getting weak, appt next Wed to get it (and rims) replaced under warranty, so I had charger hooked up too just in case but it's only an older 10 amp and that battery could have some bad plates too.

Had problem to restore original tune, said original corrupt :oops: and there I was.......famous last words!

I called tech support and while on hold I got Vas and must say he knows his stuff, first thing he mentioned was low battery. He talked me through the process and we did get my truck (2010 Silverado) back to OEM. Since I'm not one to play with fire I'll wait until I get a new Delco put in before anymore playing.

Good lesson.....Vas was saying during the read/write there can be a fair draw on power so if your battery is getting weak make sure you have a strong charger or a decent battery to last well through the process.
