Error in instalation calibration update

the update is already instaled in the intune but only reach the 99% and the ignition doesnt goes OFF and obviously doesnt install in the truck

What should i do?

i think i need the pasword to reinstall the update is in it?

go through it again, and when it asks you to cycle the key, leave it in the RUN position and click the check marks on the tool.

Obviously i had to do that but i want my INTUNE work in my truck ..what i need to DO??

When it reaches the 99% you turn the key from the "run" (on) position to off. Press the "OK" checkmark on the tuner, then you turn the key back to the on position again without starting the car, press the checkmark on the tuner again and it should finish. Is that what you're doing?

it should work fine once the cal update goes in.

i have a 2012 jgc... same thing happened with mine... with the push button start it doesn't allow you to turn the ignition back off... like it's stuck. if you simply hit the green check mark on the tuner without trying to turn the ignition key off it works fine. any time it asks you to turn the ignition off and you can't, go ahead and hit the green checkmark on the tuner anyway. unfortunately diablo sport doesn't include that info in the instructions... it would save a lot of people some time and some frustration... or getting freaked out.
