why a forum so full of so many problems with the tuners

I picked up my tuner from summit and raced home to update it as recommended by summit. I had some issues with updating and was unclear if it was actually done. Made about 3 phone calls to tech support which went fine and was ready to go. I disabled m d s (thanks Diablo) and went to the 91 tune, also upped throttle 20%. All is well and performing great.Although I am somewhat engine savie I would like a more detailed description or any at all as to what the changes will acomplish . Just my honest opinion,and thanks for a great product.

Oh by the way , I thought it shipped with a sticker in the box, just a crummy poster.....can,t wave the flag if it isn't included.

I just installed my tune on my 5.0 last night. Easy install, everything went smooth and the car rips now!
Most people come to the internet to complain. My first post on a Mazda forum a few years ago was me bitching about my brand new car I had to Lemon Law.

Mine was bad, sent it back fixed and returned in apx. 3 weeks, now I am happy happy happy again, hope it lasts.

The forum is for the very reason you posted this thread. To fix issues and share info and experiences. I have had issues but they address them until we have success. When we have success, they achieve success. Smile and be happy.
