hey Mike I got my truck started so maybe if you have a file or download that can maybe fix the issue with it not really installing this top 10 could be quicker than shipping it

OK mike so I took my truck to the dealership they said that something happened with the tuner when it was writing a tune which cause the ecu to not communicate with any of the modules. Could this have been the issue that you've seen before

I'm having the same problem with my 2005 dodge magnum RT. I tried multiple tunes and my car ran horribly. Then I tried to restore the orginal tune and same issue at the tire size restore. I sent in a support request already.

Yea I had to take it to the dealership and have them flash my ecu after that its fine but I haven't hooked the tuner up to it yet kinda afraid it will happen again and at 100$ a reflash could end up getting expensive

Andrew I had the same problem. So I called and talked to Eric in tech support. What you have to do is unplug the unit, plug it back it and wait for the main screen. Once you get to the main screen go to Tune vehicle dont go to Restore vehicle thats where I was getting confused. Once you are in the tuning section, there will be a section for Quick Adjust, click on there. Once you are in quick adjust scroll down til you see restore quick adjust and hit ok. Once this has been restored, now hit the red back arrow in the upper left hand corner to get back to the main menu. Once in the main menu then go to restore factory tune. This time it should work and not hang up in the restoring tire size screen. Hope this helps.

Cubaco54 - after you install the tune for the first time you will need to pull the number 11 fuse for the PCM under the hood, this is number 2 fuse for newer vehicles. I had the same problem when I first put the tune, the car was running bad and my check engine light came on. I used the intune to clear the codes and I pulled the fuse for about a minute and plugged it back in. After all that I tried to put the tune on again, after I had restored it back to factory. This time everything was fine.
