Registration problems

My intune will not register and after several attempts it states it has already been registered. I don't believe it to be because after plugging it back in, it attempts to register again! It also will not write tune to vehicle, but this is probably due to not registering. I have attached my info file for your viewing. Thanks for any help you can provide.

not being registered would not prevent it from installing a tune... that wouldn't affect that...

so, not sure what that issue is...

you'll need to contact diablo tech support monday when they're in the office....

Was able to get it to write tune today, Thanks to another post (moparr360) recommending to shutoff accessory delay in personal settings! Just need to register and I will be happy!

drag/drop this file to the intune drive.

i have done all the above and i cant get mine to register...what am i doing wrong here..It comes on but shuts down and tells me to go to site and register...
