NEED HELP ASAP!!! PLEASE

I am posting this for my friend, I'm pretty savvy with computers so I said I would help him out. His Intune does not tune his car at all. It has ZERO tunes on it. None whatsoever. No presets, no diablotune, no 87 octane, no 91. NOTHING. I have updated the tuner 5 times and completely deleted all files off of it and updated again, still nothing. Can you help?

you have to fill out the 19 questions about your car to get the 3 tunes. If you dont they send it blank and you can fill out the info later and have them email you a tune/update

what is the year, model, engine of the vehicle???

have NEVER heard of not having any tunes on it at all....

It is an 05 SRT4 Neon, with 950cc injectors, exhaust, and a front mount.

when you plug it in and go to tune vehicle/write vehicle, what does it say?

It says nothing, there are no tunes to select. And when you try to set custom perameters it doesnt actually adjust any settings on the vehicle.

I dont have his car with me so i cant go check, but i looked at the files on the intune and the tunes folder is empty

so what about mine??? I am having the same problem today after i t auto updated. I HAD 2 custom tunes in the folders now nothing. can not even add a new file at all. and no stock backup now after update

reload the tunes to the vehicle, they should show up in the folder.

If you haven't plugged the Intune up to the vehicle, the Intune will not show any files in that folder when plugged up to a computer. Once you have plugged the Intune into the vehicle and load a preset tune, you will see 2 files in the tunes folder when plugged into the computer; last tune written and the stock backup tune.

My Intune has 7 custom tunes loaded, but will not show them when it is plugged into the computer for security purposes. When you drag and drop custom tunes in that folder you will notice that they disappear. THAT IS NORMAL.

When I plug in the intune to the car the only things i have is the Diablo tune and modify stock, found the new tune that i wanted to load. will not let me load another tune because the stock tune is gone
The stock backup is gone when i try to take car back to stock it tells me there is no back up and the 2 custom tunes that were there are also gone. I had a custom tune emailed to me today and tried to load it to the intune and it will not show up on the intune either.
