Intune Freezing

Bought this intune about a year or so ago. Tuned my SRT4 and never used it again. I had a CEL come up and pulled it out and it wont open when plugged into the car. Tried to plug into my laptop to update, still wont load. It gets to the loading bar and loads one blip. What am I supposed to do to fix this?
