I need to purchase the CMR software, please advise.
Also, is there a manual or books to help how can we tune our cars (HEMIs)

Call Sales tomorrow. If you need a manual to tune though, I wouldn't recommend it. The Hemis are not easy to tune. Add that to the $2500 price tag for CMR, and its better to just pay somebody who knows what they're doing.
