Is This Normal
I hooked my 1000 into my 2012 Challenger to install a 91 tune. The manual states it would ask me to identify my vehicle and would ask if it was auto or manual. Well, it did none of that. It just went ahead and saved my original tune and then went about installing the 91 tune. Is this ok or did I miss something during the download? I am very new to this so very unsure and kinda nervous. It diid tell me the 91 tune was installed and it was ok to drive the car.
Re: Is This Normal
Did you hook it up to the computer and get the latest downloads first, before connecting to the car?
2012 R/T Max - DS Trinity 93 Oct tune; LMI Frankentake IV; Mid-Muffler delete; BT Catch Can; 30% tint fronts, 20% back and rear; Escort Passport 9500 ix; TX Toll Tag <--- LOL! ;-P
Re: Is This Normal
I chose my vehicle type when doing the updates, and it remembers it, and automatically loads the correct tunes. If you did that, you should be set.
Maybe DS or Mike Levy will chime in.
