I'm not sure I am following what the issue is?

If the car is tuned, let the tool try to load a tune and it will save the current tune as a backup, and send that to me please.

drag/drop this file to the intune drive, let the tool import it, then go to truck and select tune vehicle/write vehicle and it will lload the update to set the pcm back to stock.
It may do the same for tcm, if so, post theat file here too.

OK, it did what you said it would. There was nothing new in the tunes directory so that means it didn't do anything with the TCM then, right?

Yes, and these are the files in the tunes directory after loading the 87 Octane and Firm Shift tunes.

I notice that my custom E85 tune isn't listed in the inTune so I have to import that again, correct?

Could you check this tune for me? When I load the tune the engine starts, says something about reduced power on the dash display, quits running and won't restart. All the included intune tunes work fine.
