2006 300 srt runs very rough

I have a 2006 300 srt-8 after I install the tune it works good for about 3-4 weeks then runs awful
The starts Rpm starts surging very bad I have to reinstall factory settings then reinstall tune then
Right to the tee 3-4 weeks later I have to do it all over again oh I do have a cold air intake can
anyone help

Yes the first time were these codes P0513 p2110 p0113 p0506 every time after that I only get
P0513 but it does not do it in my factory settings

thats a SKIM code, wouldn't be tune related...
