Car Won't Start After PCM Reflash

Hi, I sent my pcm and from my '03 Cobra and Predator tool to you guys in November. You guys reflashed it for me and sent it back ... thanks. I just got around to firing the car up this past weekend ... streets are finally clean of salt now. Anyway, the car would crank but not start. I noticed there are 3 codes displaying on the tool (this is after clearing codes and disconnecting the battery) ... P1260, P1639 & P1000. I double checked the conenctions where I re-installed the pcm and everything seems tight there. Any suggestions?

let the tool save a copy of the stock tune, and post it here, and I'll disable PATS.

load this as a custom tune, car should start up....

Would you be able to turn PATS off in a custom tune for me? I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks for the vendor !!

Do you think you can help me too? I talked to you guys on the phone yesterday and had the diablosport pc interface kit flown in today with one day shipping. I need my car running as soon as possible and PATS is not letting me start it..

I have it plugged in. I don't know how to post it or see anything. nothing is coming up. I downloaded the software on the disk.... Is there something I have to download on this site?
