Just wanted to drop a line and say that you have a fantastic product.
I am loving my i1000. I have even sold my brother and another friend on this little piece of joy.
Sure, I've had some minor issues that either are ongoing or have been resolved, it happens.
I have seen many people bitch and whine about the product on this forum and I feel for you guys. Most often, it is a quick simple fix or the customer has not RTFM! I personally think some people take their problems way too far or simply want to bellyache.
Again, in a nutshell, just wanted to say thanks for the awesome product and support we have all been receiving from your team! Great job!
