2012 Ram 1500 - fail to read PCM

Hi there. Not very happy today. I had my truck going in for Dealership Service today so I restored it to Original Stock Tune. No problems. When I returned home, I tried to re-load the 91 Performance tune and it will not work. I have followed all directions on the tuner (key cycles, green check marks). It won't read the Original Stock Tune from the PCM and fails. Any ideas? Thanks.

It tries to start the download - asks to turn off the truck, then turn it on (without starting), then it says reading PCM - 0%. Then turn off the truck, then turn it on (without starting), then it says reading PCM - 0%. Then turn off the truck, then turn it on (without starting), then it says reading PCM - 0%. After the 3rd complete try it says "Failure to read PCM" and goes back to the last Menu.

thats odd, please give us a call with the tool powered up in the truck so we can reset it and see whats going on.

OK I'm an idiot. I went back out and tried again but this time, I turned the key to ON and not just ACC. The program loaded and everything is good. Sorry for the confusion.
