Won't read trans parameters

I had been having problems with loss of communication for a couple of weeks. I knew it was likely a PCM or FCM issue so I programmed back to stock before bringing it in. When I attempted to restore, I got error messages attempting to read the trans parameters, but it said it restored the vehicle. Turned out the ECU was restored, but the trans was not programmed back. Turns out the other issue was a bad Front Control Module. They installed new one and flashed it. I just went to install the CAI tune, which it did, but it gives me an error saying it could not read the parameters for all of the trans settings. Any ides what is going on here?

sounds like the FCM is still not communicating properly....

Just a quick update. Seems the problem I had yesterday was a D.A.M.....DumbAss Mistake. I had turned the key off after I started modifying the tune.

Anyway, the intune is working perfectly and the car is running great
