Need help, been on hold over 40 minutes, calibration error
I have been trying to hook up my intune to my 2007 Jeep Wrangler x unlimited. Initially could not because the intune itself needed updating. Hooked up the intune to my pc and let it update. Brought it back out to the jeep and now I get there is an update for the calibration. After I cycle the key on and off, I get a calibration failed and am sent into recovery mode. I tried not cycling the key switch and just pushing the checkmarks but I still get the same error. Back at the main screen, I now get an error that the intune needs to clear its registry to be able to tune my jeep. Somebody please help me. I've tried running this process a few times with the same results.

Being on hold an hour is my limit. Still need help though.
