CMR 4.9.0.1 update and other questions

1- i coudn't install this file and some error shown. any help?

2- also, i want to know how to lock and make a signature to my tune

3- what's the best way to tune a 90 mm TB so that it open and close normally not slowly like before the tune

4- in the Word File Help of Hemi, it's mentioned that i should tune TQ confg. but i coudn't fine TQ confg


i know it's a lot of questions but it's been couple of days i'm looking for those answeres

i got the answer of the signature issue but still waiting for the others

what error are you getting with 4901?
tuning for a 90 mm TB (you didnt say what vehicle/year/make/model?) is different on each application.
there may have been many updates to the templates since the initial notes were made.
