Throttle body spacer

I am wondering if I put a Throttle body spacer on my F-150 if I will need a custom tune. I have a 2004 F-150 Non-heritage 4.6L V8 with a Air Raid cold air dam and a Super 10 Flowmaster with 3" pipe from the crossover back and dumped at the rear end. I am using the Predator U7151 with the AirRaid premium performance tune at this time. Any input would be great thank you. Also for some reason the truck seems to have a issue with rough idle to the point of almost dieing. is this normal for this tune.

No, the spacer will not need any changes, in fact, it won't do much at all

yes sir it is running the 9r11 update which I believe is the current version.
