InTune Troubles

I just received a new intune for my 2005 Jeep GC 5.7L, hooked it up the my PC and registered, then updated. Updater keeps telling me that the intune is up to date. However, everytime I connect to my Jeep and select "tune vehicle" the intune states that my PCM may need to be updated and to disconnect then connect to a computer with internet access. Attached is my info.xml. Please help, very frustrating.

it looks like the update already downloaded to the tool, go back to the truck, load the update, then tune away.

Ok, so i plugged the intune into the jeep, restored original tune, and tried "force calibration update". After the ignition key toggle, the tool displays a screen titled "your Key is:" and then lists 6 lines of number/letter combinations. Pressing the green arrow takes me to a screen to enter numbers and letters. I've tried entering these number/letter combinations from the previous screen, and keep getting "password is incorrect" then "too many invalid password attempts". Is this how I am supposed to update the PCM? What am I missing?

no need to force, just try to tune it again.

Will not work, everytime I connect to vehicle and try "tune vehicle" it tells me there is a PCM calibration may be needed, they will only provide me with two tunes, the "perf trans tune" and "mod stock tune".

Ok, so here is alittle update. I connected the tool to a different computer, and it updated more calibrations. Then reconnected the tool to the jeep and went to "write vehicle", then it finally asked if I wanted to update the PCM. PCM update completed, started the jeep and it sounded like it was going to stall. Then I reconnected the tool, and installed the 87 tune and the perf trans tune, drove it through the parking lot, feels like it has zero power/ throttle response. When i shift from between gears, it sounds like its going to stall. Here is another info.xml.

clear the codes or disconnect the battery.
Not an uncommon issue on 05s after a flash, they get stuck in MDS mode

Mikel, thanks so much for your help! The scan tool did not read any codes, so i disconnected the battery and turned her over, CEL turned off and she sounds much better. I will take her for a spin on the way home tonight and see how she behaves.

I also have a similar issue with my intune I have just recieved for my 2006 300C 5.7 hemi. What does the "your key is" screen mean? and the screen after it?

When I hook my intune up to my computer no files or anything appear on my computer even though my tuner tells me I need to update it. Any insight on this issue?
