do I need a new tune with every mod?

Please bare with me as I am not very knowledgeable on the computer/programmer stuff. I have a predator U7146, and a 2002 GT 5spd. I have stock manifolds and an x-pipe and flowmasters, no cats. I have no other mods done, stock air box etc. Do I need anything other than the 93 tune out of the box for this, or do I need to get a custom tune with having the exhaust done? Also do I need an additional custom tune if I go to a CAI? Just curious.

the 93 tune will work well with the mods listed, as well as the CAI.
