hey guys. help with intune. 2007 daytona dodge charger rt

i have a modded 2007 daytona dodge charger rt with a k&n cai, JETS 180 thermostat, magna flow mids and cat back with no cats, bbk shorty ceramic headers. i currently added CAI TUNE on the intune. can someone please help me so i can coordinate all of my mods with my INTUNE.

also can someone please help. its so hard for me to modify DCM calibration is completely off. has this happened to anyone?

im also located in south florida (sw miami to be exact). does anyone know where i can get a custom tune for my car? :twisted:

mike please i really need help with this. im a newb on this. i tried a couple of things and now i feel a hard knock in the engine and after i go past 40 mph it kinda scares me. i dont want to damage my car. its loaded with CAI tune. plus i changed the temp -23 on the high, med, and low fans. i even changed the rpm up to 6400. when i had it on diablo tune it was fine. but then i started reading more info and decided to change the rpms and even the idle. please help someone. :cry:

nothing you changed there should be an issue.
if you are concerned, restore the stock tune then reload the diablo tune, and leave it alone :)

update: mike i plugged in the intune to try and restore the factory settings and the calibration on my intone is way off. i try and click on write tune and it goes down to settings. it wont even allow me to go back.... this is really troubling at the moment plz help

when i try to push on the write tune, it pushes instead on settings. i can't restore so i can rewrite the diablo tune

please help me with this mike. the car is driving horribly and I'm afraid that I'm going to damage my vehicle. any help would be greatly appreciated mike. if i can calibrate the intune would be most helpful. thanks again

what seems to be driving poorly?

how did you get far enough to load the tune the first time if the screen is that far off?

you can give us a call with the tool powered up and we can go through a screen cal. Have a pen or stylus handy.

When I first received my intune I followed the instructions and updated it (it did take a while, which I assumed was normal). When I finally plugged it in to my car I programmed it to do the diablo tune. Then I read that if I fill my car with 93 oct that I should have it tuned to CAI 93 Oct tune, so I reprogrammed it. After doing so, I began to have issues. I should mention that I only began putting 93 oct gas in my car just about a couple of weeks and since have only filled up about 3 times (not sure if this would be part of the problem). This is when I put up the thread hoping to get help on this. DiabloSport advised me that the tune for the 93 oct gas is in fact the first tune I had, diablo. Unfortunately, the calibration screen on my intune will not recognize my selections. The screen turns on fine, but I cannot select any of the buttons (when I finally am able to make a selection it sends me to another screen that which I never selected). My car is driving horribly (rumbling noise from engine when ac is turned on, rpms idling at 500, barely no power.. just to mention a few) and I am afraid to even push it to drive. I tried the stylus from my tab to see if it would work and nothing. Don't know if there is a way to fix it or if at this point I have to see if DiabloSport can help (purchased my intune from ebay)... Im not able to call you right now to attempt a solution, any feedback on here would help...

you need a password from us on the phone to get into the screen cal.

try pulling the battery for a minute to see if it clears up the poor running issues.
