Tuner question

I am the owner of a Diablo Predator tuner purchased for my 2010 Mustang GT 4.6 L, as well as a Diablo Trinity given to me from Diablo for my test vehicle of a 2011 Ford F-150 FX2 5.0 L.

My qyestion is this, I just purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 L and I need to know if I can upload/or use either of my Diablo tuners to tune the 2014 Mustang GT 5.0 L?

The Predator will not be updated so it will not be usable on a 2014 but you can use the Trinity, just not on both vehicles at the same time.

I have a Trinity T1000 which I received for being the test vehicle for the 2011 F-150 FX2 5.0 L engine when it came out. I have tried to update the trinity for a new 2014 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 L, I receive a message when I plug in the trinity:

Internal update installed, power off unit to re-boot (1). When I remove power, the screen stays the same, I can not proceed with update download. I can not get this screen to go away, unit powers up, lights cycle on , then same screen, every time.
Can you assist me?

I need a RMA to return the product, correct? I do not have a purchase receipt as it was received for being test tune vehicle.

No RMA has been sent yot, not in my spam folder, not in my in box..
Still waiting to return my defective T1000 Trinity, so I can get it repaired and new tune for the 2014 Mustang GT 5.0L.
