new cmr

I log in click on the cmr dealer button and it just gives me blank page????? here is what it looks like...

help....also cant get the tuner connected to my laptop

with the cmr i have and use when i try to get a log from the tuner it gives me this



then this one and it completly close me out



and my tuner says



so what can i do

are you using cmr dat?

you need dataviewer.....what tool is that you are trying to log?

yes its cmr_dat_ford for my 03 cobra (u7142)

i got dataview.....

i was trying to pull a datalog i had done on the diablo handheld to the cmr but when i try to upload from handheld and get it from the cmr thats the screen that it gives me



then this one and it completly close me out



and my tuner says

Man, I am not sure, that application was unsupported before I started working here 7+ years ago....best bet would be to start here:

okay so dataview will not work for me however i have figured out how to connect them together and get a log from the tuner but only for the first 2 was i able to do it now the one that im trying to get in between the process it gives me those 2 screens and just fails the transfer after i had already done
