We recently bought a used 2008 Dodge Dakota with the 3.7l V6 and the gas mileage is awful (<15 mpg). It also seems to lack power. The person we bought it from said it had been chipped and provided us with the predator programmer and it's box. The box shows it to be a U7191; but, looking through the site, that appears to be for gm products.
Where do I look to verify what chip is installed and could this be the problem with the fuel mileage?

Re: 2008 Dodge Dakota
That's kinda what I was thinking. Someone didn't know what they were doing. Now I'll have to figure out where to go from here. Thanks.
