i-1000 recovery mode

i have a costumer in mexico whit a problem, he trying to put his diablo in-tune i-1000 on a 2010 dodge ram 1500 5.7 then goes to recovery mode


did you have any tech guy speaks spanish?

what can i do to repair hes problem?
