I am in Australia and bought a sprintex supercharger which came with an intune. It's for a 2011 JK Wrangler.
I have installed on PC, done the updates, plugged into car, got asked to update calibration, plugged into PC and downloaded calibration, plugged back into jeep to update calibration etc.
It stays on 0% and asks to turn off/ on about 3 times and the fails and says an error occurred and then the intune goes into recovery mode.
used live chat this morning and the guy gave me password to reset and then i tried again with the exact same issue.
Called support and on hold for 20 minutes without answer. Now like I said, I am in Australia so being on hold for this long this device is going to end up costing me double.
Is there something I can do to sort this out, it's starting to get very annoying.
