installing headers question?

i'm useing the diablo 7198 for my 02 ss camaro. i am told i will need a tune after my header install but can the diablo tune my car? if so what will need to be adjusted? stfts ltfts ve table? and so on.

no, you can not adjust anything for the headers using the predator alone - you should get a custom tune created for you by the diablosport guys here... they will create you a custom tune for your headers, for free... you'll just need to send them the tune file that's currently installed in your car...

Lew, what is the reason for this? Is it that LTs require so much adjustment that moving the trims to their maximum still isn't enough with the stock program? I've often wondered why my H/C can't be tuned with the predator....

There is simply not enough room for the fine tuning adjustments required to tune for these changes.

By "room" do you mean within the handheld's parameter data tables or just the range of adjustment ... Still confused, sorry.
