HELP!! plugged in and green screen still up

i plugged in the programmer and it just shows the green screen. waited for 5 mins and still just green screen. no menu. what do i do?

Try the small contrast adjusting screw behind the screen.
If that does not work, have the tool replaced by the dealer where you got it.
