Alright it took me quite a while to find the calibration that is in your truck since it's quite old but I've found it and tested 1R10a on the bench and verified that it in fact does work for your calid. So the only way this could be happening is the vehicle selection is either improper or the tool needs to be reset. I would suggest calling our tech dept. as they can reset the tool for you and walk you through the vehicle selection process.

ok, i verified that i have the correct vehicle selected and it says that i 1r10a is loaded. i always have this problem after an update. i will call tech support then

Just in case you see this and I'm not around I emailed you a new crom today.... For anyone ELSE following this that may have a similar unsupported issue with the new update please see the attached crom.
