Reset the adaptives - How ?

Post by xgto »

I read in a post about resetting adaptives after you install tune. Does that mean that I pull the # 2 fuse for 30 seconds ?

Would it be possible for the Trinity to reset the PCM adaptives (fuel trims, KR, etc)?

Also, I see some people pulling the fuse to reset their PCMs after installing a tune. Is this recommended?

Typically the TCM fuse is pulled, which is the exact same effect as Resetting TCM Adaptive in our quick adjust.

I was asking about the PCM adaptives. I know I can reset the TCM with the Trinity.

Every time you flash the vehicle the PCM is technically reset, so there's no need to.
