because the dash is telling me, i can feel it, i can hear it....

it;s like it has been 'turned down' , it doesnt come on at all in cruise, but still comes on in the city.

i know, but i can hear it and feel it.......

it dosn't come on at all while in cruise, not even the light on the dash.

with an aftermarket exhaust it is quite obvious when MDS is engaged.

If you have installed the update (1b) I would check your trinity to make sure that it has accepted the 1b update and is not running the 1a. With the trinity powered up on the computer or car, select the top right options icon. Select the first line that tells you about the system info. It should show the 1b update which was supposed to take care of the MDS issue. If it says 1a then the trinity did not activate the 1b update and you must re-enter the vehicle type for the unit to activate. Entering the vehicle type is also in the options menu.
I downloaded the 1b, but did not update the vehicle type and my unit did not update to the new 1b and my MDS came on with any tune I put in the car.

Diablo sent me the 1t10ce update and told me to keep trying to install but I haven't had any luck. Does anyone have any ideas? I tried leaving it on a battery charger while tuning it.

Should it not show a saved Calid? Did you reenter the vehicle type after the last update?

It hasn't been able to save my Charger's information. Yes, I selected 2013 Dodge Charger SXT after I updated it.

That's the same file Mike M. emailed me last week. Should I try the older cc update that I saw posted on the forums?

installed 1t10ba, loaded 91oct tune - 92oct is highest out here....
immediately this car idled smoother, ran smoother through rpms.
alot more power, makes up a little for the taller gear - going from charger r/t daytona to a 300 seemed like driving a school bus!

No, so far anyone with this issue has been able to get around it with a few more tries, especially after driving around for a bit to ensure good battery charge.
