2003 yukon denali slipping tranny slip from 1st-2nd gear.

Got it, and replied.
The file was fine, looked completely stock.
Try restoring the backup and retuning and see how it goes.

And it does not slip at all in the stock tune??
This is too odd, as 99% of the complaints I get with these tunes in the trucks is that it shifts too hard....

Mike believe me i wouldn't be concerned at all if it slipped with the stock tune in, but it does not. It also shifts great 1st-2nd get at wide open throttle. I don't know whats going on here.

Mike, I really appreciate all of your hard work and effort on this. The custom tune seems to have fixed the slipping from 1st-2nd gear. Can you tell me what you had to do or is it a big secret. Nyescalade would probably benefit from a custom tune also. I hope that this is the last time that I have to bother you. What do i do now if I want to go to a 93 octane tune. I only see custom and stock tune in my menu chioices now???? Once again much thanks to you and the people at diablosports.

That was likely a 93 tune I sent you.
I will double check with my tuner.

Yeah, Please let me know as soon as possible so that I can make sure i'm not hurting the truck. Also if this is a 93 tune, How can I use an 87 tune also. Thanks, james

nyescalade, Your gonna need to get the cables and send mike your backup Once he has your backup he'll work his magic and send you a custom tune back. If you need to find the cable and power supply very cheap email me at [email protected]
