No Adjustable Perameters

So I looked on the forums but couldn't find anyone else with this issue. I installed the tune onto my 13 charger rt. Went just fine one hiccup in the beginning where it couldn't save my stock tune then the car wouldn't start. Unplugged the trinity and car fired right up. Started playing with the trinity and noticed I only had 3 adjustable perameters. Tire size transmission and reset TCM. Nothing for the MDS or throttle booster. Also when I try the TCM reset it fails. Im using the latest 1r10b. any ideas?

Sounds like you're using the Quick Adjust function. Select a tune, followed by clicking the Modify Tune and you'll see the adjustable parameters appear.
