Cant tune my car 13 SRT ( Original Backup NOT SAVED)

Hi,


I have a 13 SRT Charger.

I tuned it last week and every thing was fine, then I restored the original backup before going to the dealer for a service.

Today, I tried to tune it again but when the handheld is trying to save the original backup, it reaches around 47% and then I got " Original Backup NOT SAVED (-14) "

it asked me for a 2nd attempt and it's the same." Original Backup NOT SAVED (-14) "


Note: the DS devise has 1r10b revision.


any idea please ??

On the other thread he posted update 1ce. Try that one but I'm having problems too.

Are keeping the door open or closed when trying to tune? If i could make a recommendation, it would be to leave the door open and make sure the battery has a good charge. Turn off any unnecessary electronics on the vehicle like radio and ac and try the process again.

Issue resolved by driving around for 5 - 10 min and then tune it.
